I am continually saddened by the vast number of proclaiming Christians who are condemning themselves to hell because of unbelief! Their teachers lead them into error, their pride conceals God’s truth from them and they have no fear of God before their eyes! What shall become of them in the day of righteous judgment? In this article I will not be speaking of the prosperity gospel, I will not be speaking of the lying signs and wonders movement or the false prophesy movement or the mega-church easy believism, what I want to talk about is WICKED FALSE JUDGMENT. What does it look like and how is wicked judgement different than godly judgment?

Consider this:

(Mat. 5:22)  But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

Now consider this:

A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is  none that doeth good.

Did you put those two scriptures together? A fool is an unbeliever, they don’t believe in God. When you call your brother a fool, you are calling your brother an unbeliever. When you call your brother a fool, you are passing judgment, and guess what?, you better be right or you should be very concerned about the next scripture.

(Mat 7:1-2)  Judge not, that ye be not judged.  For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

May I just tell you what the above scriptures are saying in plain English? If you call your brother a fool, that is a non-believer, when he is a believer, you will be sent to hell because of your own judgment! Because you wickedly judged him, God will pass the same judgement on you that you gave to him! Any God fearing person would listen and hearken to this, would they not? Wouldn’t this scare the socks off anyone who would falsely judge another? People who do not fear God are unbelievers, because they do not believe that God will make good on his own Word, they believe that God is far away and will do no good or evil!

Consider the next verses:

(Zep 1:12) And it shall come to pass at that time, that  I will search Jerusalem with candles, and punish the men that are settled on their lees: that say in their heart, The LORD will not do good, neither will he do evil.

(Mal 2:17) Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him?  When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the God of judgment?

The Lord God creator of all things wants to reason with you, he wants to convince you of your sins, he wants you to realize your need to repent, to turn away from those sins.

(Isa 1:18) Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

There is nothing more important to your salvation, than righteous judgment. God is your judge and will judge you righteously and he expects you as his child, to judge others righteously, there is no salvation outside of this. Jesus died on the cross for your sins and this is part of the righteous judgment of God, there is no salvation outside of righteous judgment and should you refuse to judge others righteously, you are under the judgment of God!

(Mat 7:3)  And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

(Mat 7:4)  Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

(Mat 7:5)  Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

In my life I have many times encountered teams of little dictator narcissistic, self-pleasers, who claim to know the scriptures, and they do seem to have some head knowledge and zeal. I made the mistake of trying to encourage one of them recently, only to be told that they knew my motives were evil and summarily demanded that I repent of my bad motives! I told them that I lived in my skin and that my motives were not bad, and I spelled out for them exactly what my motives were, they insisted that they knew better and quoted the following scripture:

(Heb 4:12) For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

So they go about condemning others to hell over the thoughts and intents of the heart, just ask them, they will tell you that they can quote scriptures and those scriptures coming out of their mouths will judge the thoughts and intentions of your heart, and don’t bother telling them they are wrong, THEY KNOW!! WHAT FOOLISHNESS!! HOW SAD!! They are condemning themselves, because there is no fear of God before their eyes! I tried, I told them they didn’t know what they were talking about, I could have explained this to them, they weren’t interested in anything but condemning me!

In my attempted communication with these wicked men, I gave them a list of requirements for righteous judgment, they claimed that there was NO scriptural bases for what I said. You tell me if there is no scriptural bases for the following requirements in righteous judgment:

• Love Justice
• Love Mercy
• Walk humbly with your God
• Be slow to judgement
• Judge no matter before the time comes
• Operate in Judgement with a contrite spirit (this means that you can be wrong, David prayed, “Create in me a clean heart O God and renew a right spirit within me”)
• Be easily entreated by the person you are judging (ready to explain yourself)
• Be Patient and labor to know the truth, just like the Church of Ephesus did in judging false Apostles. (Rev. ch. 2)
• Always make it your goal in Judgement to bring the sinner to repentance – restoration.

(Isa 5:20-24) Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:  Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him! Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

I wonder how anyone can read the above scriptures and not know that God will not overlook wicked judgment, God requires Christians to judge righteously, and if you cannot do that, then keep your mouth shut, don’t judge anything!

Wicked judgment makes men Lord, Righteous judgment make Jesus Lord, Wicked judgment destroys fellowship among brothers, Righteous judgment establishes fellowship, Wicked judgment judges by the outward appearance, Righteous judgment patiently awaits for the thoughts and intents of the heart to be revealed, Wicked judgment accuses with no knowledge or understanding, Righteous judgment is patient and waits for knowledge and understanding, Wicked judgment says “judge not”, Righteous judgment says “judge righteously”.

I CAN TELL YOU IF YOU ARE SAVED OR NOT, IT’S REAL SIMPLE,

IF YOU JUDGE RIGHTEOUSLY, YOU ARE SAVED,

IF YOU JUDGE WICKEDLY, YOU ARE DAMNED, IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE!

BECAUSE:

Mat 25:40 says: “as you have done unto the least of these my brethren you have done it unto me”

I KEEP ON TRYING TO TELL YOU GUYS, I AM THE LEAST OF THESE BRETHREN, YOU BETTER BE CAREFUL HOW YOU JUDGE ME, AND EVERYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER!

SERIOUSLY, IN THE FEAR OF GOD – Because righteous judgment can come from God alone – Christ in me the hope of glory!
