Have you noticed now days, almost EVERYONE is a minister?  If you have a social media account you will find that almost everyone from the most scripturaly ignorant to the most educated, they are ALL saying that they have the key, if you listen to them you will finally understand!  I just got a friend request today from another stranger who requested I like their ministry page, I said I would look at it.  I know of another man who considers himself a prophet.  As he gives his audio sermons on his blog he claims that God speaks to him and reveals great secrets to him.  The scripture he continually quotes – (Amo 3:7) Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.   The problem is, this man has admittedly got it wrong in the past, many times.  So last time God revealed his secrets to you, and did nothing but he revealed it unto you, his prophet, yet you got it wrong!

I keep asking myself the question, what is REALLY going on here?  Why are almost EVERYONE God’s favorite servant today?  When you think of being a servant of righteousness or a prophet who speaks forth the Word of truth, do you see it as a game of hit and miss?  I guess since no one’s perfect, we should expect error and unrighteousness to accompany the servants of righteousness, the true prophets of God?  Heck, it’s no wonder that everyone is a minister now days, they have no choice but to stand alone and fight in this dry wilderness land of confusion, don’t you think?  Just as in the day of the judges, everyone does what is right in their own eyes and there is no king Jesus over them!

Let me tell you what I can see.

Al-Millenialism, Babylon, hope maketh not ashamed, Kingdom of God, millenial kingdom, new life, one day is as a thousand years, One thousand year reign, Pre-Millenialism, promises of God, the seventh day

In our last post on “Pre-Millenialism”, the voice in the video was brother Dean Flanders.  He seemed to have a problem explaining 2 Peter 3:9-13, as thou it appears to say that “Everything will be literally burnt up with fire”.  This is a favorite scripture used by “Al-Millenialist” to prove that they are right and there will be no literal 1000 year reign on the earth, as “Pre-Millenialism” teaches.  Let’s briefly look and see what 2 Peter actually says.

(2Pe 3:9-13) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Pre-Millenialism – Why I believe it & Al-Millenialism is a Lie!

Al-Millenialism, false hope, Family, Kingdom of God, new life, One thousand year reign, Pre-Millenialism

I have to admit that sometimes these terms confuse me,  I am not always the smartest guy on the block.  It is important to distinguish the difference between doctrines on the natural Jews being the apple of God’s eye or doctrines on when the Rapture will happen from the promise or doctrine of “Pre-Millennialism”, they are not connected as is being reported in the Al-millennial camp.  While I believe in Pre-Millennialism  (1000 year literal reign), I am not Dispensationalist, I don’t believe in a Pre-Trib rapture, neither do I believe that the secular state of Israel are God’s chosen people or that the secular land is holy.   Following is a good video presentation of why I am Pre-Millenial in my views – WHAT A GREAT PROMISE!

This Video is well worth the time, I promise!

The Lord’s hand is not short that he cannot save you – the “good news”.

I find myself in constant turmoil, I am almost in complete despair, I am ready to give up on the notion that most people even have a chance to be saved!  It’s not that I do not believe in God who can do anything, it’s not that I don’t see God as all powerful, but it’s just that I don’t know what God will do, especially in a time and season such as this.  (Psa 77:8) Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth his promise fail for evermore?

As I observe the condition of men, I am ever more aware of the complete separation, the impassible gulf, the chasm, the impenetrable wall that is between man and God.

Come let’s reason together, why do we believe?

Today I want to talk about reasoning, why I know what I know, why my hope is not in vain, why I know I am right about my beliefs, where my foundations lay.   There are those who trust in their scholarship and you know in order to be scholarly one needs smart intellect, self discipline, training or schooling and reputation for all of the above.  I know human nature, if you can get a doctorate degree and title yourself with a “Dr” by your name, that is a very influential tool that will at least get one a chance to be taken seriously in their scholarship.   You should already have noticed that I did not say that one needs to be saved, filled with the Holy Spirit or supernaturally gifted by God in order to be a biblical scholar.  Being a biblical scholar is NOT a gift of the Holy Spirit, it’s like any other natural ability that needs training a talent, I know how to work with my hands, I am quite good at it, while the Lord helps me all the time, but that is not a gift of the Holy Spirit.

Would you please read Micah ch 3 & 4, they are short, let’s discuss it

Micah chapter 3 and 4 are fairly short, but there are promises I would like to talk about,  if that is alright.  I like to go verse by verse and discuss what the Lord would say to us in the day we live in.   What Micah is saying refers to the end of the world, it tells us the way things are going to go down at the end from a certain perspective.  Many of the other prophets throughout speak of this time in a similar vein, but I particularly like what Micah says.  Following we will paste and discuss these two chapters, OK?

We are living at a time of great confusion, we are living at a time of great debate and disagreement on what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ.  Spiritually, it seems like all the armies of the world are gathered together against a spiritual land, referred to in Gal. 4:26 as Jerusalem from above, the mother of us all.   It is the Devil himself that has propagated the lie that our issues are with a carnal, earthly kingdom called “Israel” from below, when Gal. ch. 4 clearly says that this carnal earthly kingdom today is in bondage with her children and is compared to Hagar, the mother of Ishmael.   Ishmael was not the child of promise, Isaac was the child of promise.

We would have healed Babylon

(Jer 51:7-9) Babylon hath been a golden cup in the LORD’S hand, that made all the earth drunken: the nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad. Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed. We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up even to the skies.

At the time of the Protestant reformation, many people left the Catholic church of the day, declaring it Babylon the Harlot.  Many of the Reformers were previously Catholic Priests, and, or, had connections with the power structure of the Catholic church.  While the reformation was good in many ways, the Reformers failed to strip it’s self of all of the false teachings of the Catholic church, teachings like church hierarchy and manipulation of various money doctrines to the benefit of the men who were on the top of the food chain.

I was speaking to a young man recently who was fairly knowledgeable of the scriptures, not as knowledgeable as I am, but I was impressed.  He and his family are very influential in the church denomination they are members of.  As we were speaking of the things of God, it became apparent that I only had Jesus to uphold, not an organized religion, but the young man I was speaking with had his organized religion, which to him was the same as Jesus to uphold, or at least, along with Jesus to uphold.  After spending some time speaking with the young man I came to realize something so familiar to me, something I have experienced over and over and over again in my life, so many times I cannot count them; I had entered into a conversation with a brand of religion that believed it’s self superior to mine.  As I and the young man became engulfed in the conversation, it became apparent that he found my testimony suspect, he clearly believe his way superior to mine, he had an organization to uphold, I only had Jesus to uphold.

Family, Flee Babylon, Forgiveness, Kingdom of God, Loving the Brethren, relationships, Righteous Judgment, the False Church, Victim-hood

Recently I wrote an article entitled “The Dangers of Victimhood“, this article is a companion piece because just like real and phony “victimhood”, there is also real and phony forgiveness.  Just like a phony victim who is angry and demanding justice, there is also phony forgiveness that is used by victims of all kinds, phony and legitimate, to take away their pain and hurt, the phony forgiveness, one-sided and only self-serving, is forgiveness, that is a complete fraud!  One thing I require of any and every man who wishes to call me brother and fellowship with me, I require, I demand, a clear understanding on the issue of forgiveness.  If you are so deceived by the lies of the Harlot Church system, so that you have never exposed this lie, this fraud, you are not ready for fellowship with Robert Begnaud;  the subject is so clearly spoken of in scriptures, you really are without excuse.
